> we are limiting resource on key teams Yes, growth without the 'human tax'! Cost-savings all the way to 11!! (also no dependency/no key-employees risk/backups/shifts/etc.) I remember this vid from a year ago where it's pretty clear what every CEO's wet dream is: reduce headcount, improve output, more profits. It's sad in a funny way: ▶ this video
As John Stewart says in ▶ this video - "How about I hold the fort on making peanut butter sandwiches, because that is something I can do. How about we let AI solve this world climate problem". Yet to see a true "killer" feature of AI, that isn't doing a job badly which humans can already do badly.
""This assault on human creativity must be stopped," they write." This is only relevant "if you are a human".1 1. ▶ this video Why would so-called "tech" companies launch an assault on human creativity. They are intermediaries (middlemen) that sit between the artist and the audience and conduct surveillance and sell online advertising services. They produce no art or other "content" themselves. Artists like the ones in the article can sell recordings and/or concert tickets. They have something to offer that people will pay for. But what do so-called "tech" companies have to sell, except online ad services. Most people in the world have paid money for music but how many have paid money for an online ad.
US supporting Ukraine made sense, Russia was the clear aggresor. US supporting Israel makes very little sense. That being said, Trump signed bill to removed reporting of drone strikes by US military and he approved more strikes than Obama. So US likely has amplified systems compared to Lavender and Gospel. We'd have no idea. This season of Daily Show about AI comes to mind: ▶ this video Everyone claiming AI is going to do great good, solve climate change yada yada is deeply in an illusion. AI will only amplify what corporations and state powers already do.
