mitxela did a great video on this topic recently and wrote a plugin for kicad to make the regular geometric layouts more organic. ▶ this video
The author has also made a video about it recently: ▶ this video It reminds me of Boldport, who made project kits that were also works of art [0]. The funky PCB traces and shapes were all hand-drawn, I believe, rather than drawn up in a regular EDA program. [0] link
